藻酸双酯钠改善心肌缺血的临床观察

POLYSACCHARIDE SULFATE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA

本研究用心导纳微分图(ACG)的方法,对18例高血压病Ⅱ期(HPT)伴血液粘度(η_0)增高且ACG中有心肌供血不足表现的患者,用藻酸双酯钠(PSS)100mg po 3/d治疗,疗程6mo。另以21例综合治疗的患者作对照组,结果表明,ACG中提示心肌供血不足的Cdy/dt max(心脏射血的最大速率)畸形波,PSS组恢复正常及好转者14例(77.8％),明显高于对照组的9例(42.9％)(P<0.05),提示PSS改善心肌微循环的疗效较好。

Thirty -nine cases of hypertension with blood hyperviscosity and deformed wave C dy/dt max,diagnosed by admittance cardiogram,were divided into two randomized groups,eighteen patients received PSS therepy while the other groups treated with Dan -Shen Co and Xin Nao Shu Tong. The results showed that hyperviscosity was controlled,and deformed wave C dy/dt max was recovered,and PSS group preferred to the control. The total effective rate for the former was 77. 8% and the latter 42. 9% ( P < 0. 05 ). It means that ischemia could be recovered after improving blood hyperviscosity , and PSS had a better efficacy.
