摘要 研究了温度和乙烯吸收剂对“南京白凤”桃(AmygdaluspersicaL.)果实采后乙烯生成和乙烯受体ETR1同源基因表达的影响。结果表明,低温和乙烯吸收剂处理降低了果实乙烯释放量,延缓乙烯释放高峰期。定量PCR分析表明,ETR1的mRNA表达水平受温度和乙烯吸收剂调节,随着乙烯合成能力的增强,ETR1同源基因的表达水平增加,在桃果实乙烯信号传导过程中呈正向表达模式。 ‘Nanjing Baifeng’ peach (Amygdalus persica L.) was studied to investigate the effects of temperature and ethylene absorbent on ethylene biosynthesis and expression of ethylene receptor homolog gene ETR1 in post harvest fruit. It was found that ethylene production was reduced by cold storage and ethylene absorbent treatments,which also delayed the peak of ethylene release.Quantitative PCR analysis of total cDNA indicated that expression of ETR1 homologous gene,which were modified by cold storage and ethylene absorbent treatments,had a positive expression mode in ethylene signal transmitting process,as the fruit ethylene biosynthesis enhanced and the expression level of ETR1-like mRNA increased.
