摘要
对活塞环用钢6Cr13Mo的成型过程建立了数学模型,并采用大型通用显式动力有限元分析软件AN SYS/LS_DYNA模拟了异型截面轧制的整个过程,所计算的变形情况与实际变形相符,证明显式动力有限元分析方法可有效地应用于活塞环用型钢的轧制分析.
A mathematic model for rolling process of steel 6Cr13Mo used for piston ring is established; and the large commercial explicit dynamic finite element analysis code, ANSYS/LS_DYNA, is used to simulate the process of special rolling of the steel. The good agreement for deformation of special rolling between the calculated and the experimental results is obtained. It is proved that the explicit dynamic FEM can be used effectively to analyze the special rolling of piston ring.
