摘要
针对工业过程中常遇到的二阶纯滞后系统,介绍了一种基于组态软件的自适应PID控制器的设计方法.该控制器可实现在线辨识并可自动整定控制参数,结构简单,工作稳定,鲁棒性好.对于一些复杂过程和严重非线性过程,在辨识过程不十分有效的情况下,运用Fuzzy PID参数调节,系统仍有较好的控制性能.
A method of designing the adaptive PID controller based on SCADA software is introduced for the second-order plus time delay plant model which is commonly used in the industrial process. The controller can realize on-line identification and self-tune the control parameters. The robust controller is simple in structure and works steadily. In addition, the control system has good working characteristics by using fuzzy-PID parameter regulation when the identification is not so effective for complicated processes.
