摘要
传统的铝及其合金着色技术主要包括化学染色法、整体染色法和电解着色法,新型的铝及其合金着色技术主要包括化学转化膜技术、电泳技术、微弧氧化陶瓷成膜技术、粉末静电喷涂技术。针对着色技术现存的主要问题,简述了铝及其合金着色技术的研究现状,包括电解着色机理,耐久性染料、新型稳定剂、特殊电源、多色化工艺的开发等,并展望了今后的研究趋势与发展方向。
The traditional coloring technologies on aluminium and its alloys include chemical coloring, mass coloring and electrolytic coloring, and the new coloring technologies include chemical conversion coating, electrophoresis, micro-arc oxidation pottery coating and powder electrostatic spraying. Aiming at the existing disadvantages of coloring technology, the current researches on coloring technology were described, including electrolytic coloring mechanism, researches and developments of perdurable dye, new stabilizer, special electrical source and multicoloring technology, etc.. And the research trend and development direction were prospected.
