The production process of mechanical zinc plating on hinge

介绍了铰链镀锌生产的工艺流程。研究了各工艺过程(包括前处理工艺、镀锌工艺中的加料、基层建立、活化剂A和B的加入量和水抛光以及后处理工艺等)对镀层质量的影响。讨论了废液的处理方法和循环利用。从镀层的外观、空隙率、厚度和耐蚀性等方面研究了所得锌镀层的质量,指出了铰链镀锌生产中存在的问题及其解决办法。生产实践证明:当严格控制铰链镀锌生产中的前处理工艺,选择合理的施镀工艺参数时,可以获得高质量的镀锌层。该工艺已经应用于生产中。

The process flow of production for zinc plating on hinge was introduced. The influences of various processes (including pretreatment, materials added, base layer formation, addition amount of activating agents of A and B, water polishing and post-treatment in the zinc plating process) on deposit properties were studed. The treatment methods and recycle of waste bath were discussed. The qualities of zinc deposition were investigated from appearance, porosity, thickness and corrosion resistance, etc. The existing problems and their solutions were presented in production of zinc plating on hinge. The production practice proves that good quality of zinc deposits can be gained by strictly controlling preplating, and selecting suitable process parameters in production of zinc plating on hinge. The process has been applied to production.
