摘要
以硅烷偶联剂处理纳米SiO2溶胶,能制成稳定无残渣的纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。与全丙乳液的性能相比,复合乳液胶膜的耐水性、耐热性、耐钙离子性,抗紫外线照射能力都有不同程度的提高,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率有较大幅度的提高。仪器分析证明复合乳液中存在纳米级别的二氧化硅。
The nano SiO2/polyacrylic composite emulsion was prepared from nanosilica sol which was modified by organic silicon coupling agent.The composite emulsion was better than polyacrlic emulsion in the performances of water resistance, heat resistance, anti-UV, Ca^(++) durability,tensile strength and elongation at break.The result of instrumental analysis showed that the silica particles in the composite emulsion was in nano scale.
