复合助剂对书钉胶黏剂的改性研究

摘要 选用30s硝酸纤维素作为主要成膜物质,醋酸酯、酮、醇和芳烃作为组合溶剂,邻苯二甲酸酯类复合增塑剂对硝化棉进行改性,采用正交试验方法确定胶黏剂的配方。以黏结强度为主要指标测试结果表明,适宜的配方为:硝酸纤维素20%,邻苯二甲酸酯-A2 5%,邻苯二甲酸酯-B6%,邻苯二甲酸酯-C10%,醋酸乙酯5%,醋酸丁酯15%,丙酮6%,乙醇7%,甲苯28 5%(质量百分比)。经优化和调节后的新型配方及制备工艺得到的胶黏剂,其性能满足了黏结强度的要求,同时调节了挥发干燥速率。使胶膜伸长率、柔韧性、耐冲击性、附着力等性能得到改善和提高。 Adopting 30-second nitrocellulose as the main sticky material, using ethyl acetate, ketone, alcohol and aromatic hydrocarbon as a mixture solvent and modifying nitrocellulose with dimethyl phthalate plasticizer,the prescription of staple adhesive was designed with orthogonal experimental methodology.The optimal prescription was: nitrocellulose 20%,phthalate-A 2.5%,phthalate-B 6%,phthalate-C 10%,ethyl acetate 5%,butyl acetate 15%, acetone 6%, ethanol 7%,and toluol 28.5%.The adhesive could meet the demand of glutinosity.The ductility,flexibility,impact resistance,adhesion of the adhesive were improved and enhanced with the adjustment of evaporation speed.
