对黑曲霉A10进行物理和化学因素诱变处理,获得一株高产菌株W315,比原种产β-葡聚糖酶水平提高了4.2倍,并对该菌株作了产酶条件和酶学特性研究。

Aspergillus niger(A10) is mutanted by physical and chemical factors and a higher β-glucanase producing W315 is obtained. Its enzyme activity is 4.2 times that of the start strain, then its producing-enzyme conditions and enzyme characteristics have been studied.
