摘要
本文介绍了二氟一氯甲烷生产装置温度监控系统的设计。该系统以PLC为核心,采用分段控制算法,成功地实现了反应器的实时控制和远程监控。系统操作界面友好,控制精度高,实用性强,有较好的推广应用价值。
A temperature supervisory system design for F22 production equipment is introduced in this paper .This system used fallaway section controlling algorithm based on PLC, realizes real-time control and distance supervision controlling of reactor temperature successfully. The operation interface is friendly harmony with a high control accuracy and enhanced a good practicality, this system has a great value of spreading application and dissemination.
