过饱和度和温度对6-氨基青霉烷酸生长晶习的影响

摘要 对于6 氨基青霉烷酸(简称6APA)晶体在溶液中的生长,在不同物理化学环境下可得到不同的晶习,试验考察了过饱和度以及温度对6APA生长晶习的影响。通过测定6APA晶体结构,分析6APA晶体不同晶面的分子堆积,定性解释了过饱和度以及温度引起6APA生长晶习变化的原因,可为6APA生产工业放大提供了理论和试验依据。 The habits of 6-aminopenicillanic acid(6APA) were characterized for growth from special physical and chemical environment of solutions.The effects of supersaturations and temperatures on the habits of 6APA were investigated.The results were explored with 6APA crystal structure and 6APA molecule package in the crystal, which was measured by single crystal diffraction method.The study as theory and experimental foundation for the 6APA reactive crystallization process enlarger and design was put forward.
