Synthesis of 4-(2,4-Dichlorophenoxy) phenol

4 (2,4 二氯苯氧基)苯酚是一种医药中间体。本文以2,4 二氯苯酚和对氯硝基苯为原料,经过醚化、硝基还原、重氮化及水解等反应合成该中间体,总收率57 6%。产物结构通过薄层色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振光谱进行了表征。

4-(2,4-Dichlorophenoxy)phenol,a kind of pharmaceutical intermedicate,is synthesized from 2,4-dichlorophenol and p-chloronitrobenzene by etherization,reduction of nitro group,dizaotization and hydrolysis reaction to get total yield of 57.6%.Structure of 4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)phenol is primarily identified by TLC,IR and()~1 HNMR.
