摘要
本文应用专家系统的理论和海上交通工程学对船舶行为的研究成果，对船舶避碰领域的知识进行了形式化处理，并提出一种建造船舶避碰专家系统的设计思路。
Guided by the theory of expert system and researches in vessel's behaviour, the treatment of the knowledge about the field of preventing collisions is studied. A method for the establishment of anti-collision expert system is also presented.
