中等职业教育的教学效率与教学策略探讨

摘要 中等职业教育作为一种教育层次,为社会培养了大量的实用型人才。随着社会的发展,各学校制定了与社会相适应的教育目标。实现教育目标,就要有相应的教学策略来提高教学效率。根据中等职业教育的特点,我们不妨采用以下几种教学策略:基于情意原理的教学策略、基于活动原理的教学策略、多种教学组织形式并存的教学策略、基于反馈原理的教学策略。 Secondary vocational education is regarded as a level of education,it trains practical men for profession. With the development of our society,each school worked out the educational aim, related to our society.In order to realize it,we should have the teaching arts to promote efficiency. According to the characteristic of the secondary vocational education, we should adopt the following teaching tactics: teaching tactics of emotion theory.teaching tactics of activity theory. teaching tactics of multiple teaching organization forms teaching tactics of the feedback theory.
