The Environmental Kuznets Curve illustrates the environmental pressure from increasing economy during the industrialization, and reveals that the traditional viewpoint of development has induced heavy environment disaster to the human society as well as high-speed economic development. After rethinking deeply about mankind's economic behavior, ″sustainable development″ has been put forward as a brand- new idea. At present , our country is at the inferior stage of industrialization when fast economy increase has been bringing the enormous pressure to the environment , whose influence will be rigorous in a long term. Therefore, it becomes an urgent mission to establish some strategy of resources and environment for sustainable development .
