摘要
本研究采用一组行为试验方法,观察Wistar孕鼠吸入苯乙烯对后代发育和行为的影响。50ppm苯乙烯(相当我国车间容许浓度5倍)已引起大鼠后代早期行为发育迟缓、活动性和情绪改变及学习能力低下。
This research is carried to study the regularity of combination of mercury with Protein and the changing pattern of urine protein, 1 mg/kg HgCl2 (s.c) was given daily to Wistar rats to set a subacute Poisoning model. The distribution of mercury in the subeellular level of rat kidney was assessed. Sephedex G-75 column chromatograph was used to analysed th eregularity of the mercury with kidney cytosol Protein and the excretion of raercury in urine. The urine Protein was analysed by SDS-PAGE.
