摘要 为设计具有低运算复杂度和渐进传输特性的图像编解码系统,采用对图像进行整数到整数小波变换,变换后的系数采用空间方向树结构进行了重新组织。整数到整数小波变换的优点使编码器的运算量有较大幅度降低,空间方向树结构使编码器获得了嵌入式码流。试验表明,该系统可在一定程度上满足图像信息在存储。 An image codec system which has the characteristics of low complexity and progressive transmission is designed. The integer-to-integer wavelet transform is employed for an image and the coefficients are described with the structure of hierarchical trees. The computational complexity of the image codec is reduced and the embedded code stream is accomplished. Experimental results show that proposed system can meet the needs for storage, internet browsing and transmission of images.
