摘要
为保证未来信息化战争中的制信息权,解决C4ISR系统作战效能评估问题,提出了一种基于信息熵的C4ISR信息优势评估模型。首先从信息优势的角度分析了信息域中各个过程的信息转换质量,给出了传感器域模型、通信域模型和信息融合域模型,进而构建了C4ISR的信息优势评估模型。最后通过基于HLA的信息优势评估仿真验证了模型的合理性。
An entropy-based evaluation model of C4ISR information superiority is presented in an effort to ensure information dominance in joint operations and solve operational effectiveness evaluation problem. Firstly, information transformation quality of every process in information domain is analyzed form the view point of information superiority. The sensor model, communication model and information fusion model are also presented. Then, the information superiority evaluation model is set up. Finally, simulation results of information superiority evaluation based on HLA demonstrate that the model is rational and effective.
