摘要
针对防空C3 I系统中的决策问题,建立了目标分配的数学模型。该模型引入了主从递阶思想,较好地反映了决策中上、下级的层次关系和同级之间的关联关系。结合军事决策的特点,给出了实用的启发式算法,最后获得的是反映指挥员决策特点的满意解。该模型在工程实践中得到有效应用的同时,也为各级防空C3
Counter the decision-making of the air defense C3I, a target assignment mathematical model based on STACKELBERG problem is established, which reflects the administrative levels and the relationship in decision-making better. Then a heuristic algorithm is presented according to military decision peculiarity. The model offers a new method for air defense weapon command and control system at different levels to establish combined model.
