摘要
将事例推理(case basedreasoning,CBR)技术应用于军民通用装备评标中。在分析军民通用装备的特点、采购原则及其标书评价特点的基础上,克服了决策环境复杂的问题,提出一种基于事例推理技术的军民通用装备标书评价模型CBR AEBE ,建立了相应的体系结构。
The basic idea and process about case-based reasoning is introduced. The characteristics of the equipment for military and civil uses and the equipment purchase rule and bid evaluation's characteristics are studied. A case-based reasoning's bid evaluation model (CBR-AEBE) for the purchase of the equipment for military and civil uses is presented and the architecture of the CBR-AEBE is established. The application proves the validity of the model.
