摘要 本文分析了全国不同地区燕麦品种中β-葡聚糖的含量,并在北京与河北两地设置2个试验点,分析在不同年份、不同种植区多个燕麦品种的β-葡聚糖含量的变化.结果表明:β-葡聚糖含量在品种、地区以及年份间均存在差异,其中品种的差异最为显著.品种间含量变化范围为3.14%~7.43%,最大差异为4.29%;相同品种不同地区间的最大差异为2.46%;而年份间的最大差异为0.84%. β-glucan contents of some oat cultivars in deferent areas in China were determined. A two-location trial was conducted to determine β-glucan contents of some oats cultivars in each location for successively planting years. The results show that β-glucan contents of oats are significantly different among cultivars, planting locations and years, while the most significant effect is caused by cultivars. The cultivar causedβ-glucan content difference rang is between 3.14% and 7.43%, and the biggest difference is 4.29%. The biggestβ-glucan content difference is 2.46% between planting locations, and 0.84% between planting years.
