摘要
溴氰菊酯在体外对线粒体呼吸功能有明显抑制作用,还明显抑制唬珀酸脱氢酶和琥珀酸-细胞色素C还原酶的活性,降低线粒体膜的渗透肿胀作用,使线粒体膜过氧化脂质的含量明显增加。但在体内试验中,未见其有明显抑制线粒体呼吸和有关酶活性的作用。因此认为溴氰菊酯经体内代谢后对线粒体毒性可能降低。在体外对线粒体呼吸功能的抑制可能与其改变线粒体膜脂质成份,进而导致线粒体有关酶活性和膜通透性改变有关。
The results showed that decamethin inhibited markedly the respiration of mitochondria and reduced significantly the activities of succinate dehydrogenase and succinate-cytochrome C reduc tase in vitro. The inhibition of respiratioa of mitochondria by decamethin was abolished by DNP. Decamethin reduced the Permeability and induced the lipid Peroxidation of mitochondrial membrane in vilro. Conseluently, it was suggested that the inhibition of mitochondrial respiration by decamethin might be resulted from the reduction of the activities of the enzymes related and the Permeability of mitochondria by the change of structure of lipid of mitochondrial membrane.
