三硝基甲苯在大鼠体内的动力学研究 被引量:3

摘要 用4种途径给大鼠一次染毒,研究了~3H-TNT在生物体内的动力学过程。结果表明,血中~3H-TNT浓度-时间曲线符合二室开放模型,实测浓度与理论计算值拟合结果均佳。不同途径进入大鼠体内的TNT动力学特征基本相似,吸收快,分布快,消除较慢。进入体内的~3H-TNT主要经尿排出,24小时内排出量为7天排出总量的90%,尿中排出的代谢物DNAT多于TNT。 A study on the toxicokinetics of 3H-trinitrotoluene in rats with various routcs of entry was observed. The result showed that the concentration of TNT in tfee blood versus tirne was fitted well with two-compartment open model. The following toxicokinetlcs parameters were obtained; administration intravenous injection, T1/2α 0.14h, T1/2β 9.30h,Vd 2.95 l/kg, Cl 0.24 l/kg.h; th rough respiratory tract, T1/2α 0.19h, T1/2β 10.3h, Vd 3.31 l/kg, Cl 0.25 l/kg.h,F 88.17%;intra gastric, T1/2α 0.39h, T1/2β 38.63H, Vd 17.11 l/kg, Cl 0.31 l/kg.h, F 37.42% and adm. by skin painting, T1/2α 2.54h, T1/2β 45.27h, Vd 17.92 l/kg, Cl 0.28 l/kg.h,F 39.73%. Urinary excretion was the major route of climination of 3H-TNT and DNAT was the prodoaxinant form of excretion. Rapid.absorption and distribution but slow elimination are the charcteristics of TNT kine tics in rats.
