尾巨桉仿黑胡桃的染色工艺研究

Study on dyeing technique timor mountain gum × flooded sum veneer for black walnut

利用简洁的工序,探索尾巨桉仿黑胡桃的染色工艺,结果表明:对0.65mm厚的尾巨桉薄木染色,薄木不经漂白处理,添加所研制的渗透剂WX1,可直接染成黑胡桃色,染透仅需40min,染液总浓度不大于0.3‰,并且可以连续利用3次;由于尾巨桉木材早晚材上色不一,处理材纹理清晰,可以直接用于仿黑胡桃薄木贴面。

The simplified working process was adopted in this paper in order that Veneer of Timor Mountain Gum×Flooded Gum was used to imitate the veneer of black walnut. The result showed that not bleached Veneer of Timor Mountain GumxFlooded Gum, which thickness was 0.65 mm, could be dyed for 40 minutes in the staining solution with the late - model permeate agent which code name is WX1. The staining solution could be used thirdly and its consistency was only 0.3‰.
