摘要
微波加热是近几十年来发展起来的一门新技术,它利用频繁交变的电磁场对物体作用而使其内部发热达到加热的目的,因其具有高效、快速、节能的优点而得到越来越广泛的应用。本文从微波加热的原理与特点及其在木材干燥中的应用等方面介绍了该技术。
Microwave-heating is the newly developed technique in recent decades. When a high-frequency electromagnetic field is applied across material such as wood, heat is generated due to excitation of the molecules in the high frequency. As an efficient, economical technique, microwave is used widely. In this paper, the principle and performance of microwave heating are introduced. Application of microwave in wood drying is presented as well.
