摘要
在体外培养的人外周血淋巴细胞中加入亚砷酸钠,能使染色体断裂频率显著上升。染色体断裂位点与原癌基因和肿瘤染色体异常位点在同一区带的占72.9%,其中断裂频率较高的位点是:lp32,lq25,lq31,lq42,2p23,2q31,3p14,9q22,19p13,19q13。表明在砷致癌过程中,染色体的变化起着重要作用。
Sodium arsenitc ( 2uM ) was added to the cultures of human lymphocytes 48h prior to harvest. The mean frequeney of chromosome breaks in three paralfel experiments were 5.8 breaks/100 cells and 31.6 breaka/100 cclls respectively for the control and exposare groups. The stractural chro mosomal.aberrations were confirmed locations of the brcakpoints according to the《 ISCN(1978)》, 225 brcaks were observed,at. 108 sites. 164/225(72,9%) breaks coincided with the losation of proto oncogenes and the chromosome aberrations in neoplasia. The higter frequency of breaks were sho wed at 1p32,1q25,1q31,1q42,2p23,2q31,3p14,9q22,19p13 and 19q13.
