对一起变电运行操作中发生的人身、设备事故的原因进行了分析,通过对封闭式高压开关柜结构的剖析,阐述了开关柜压力释放装置改造的必要性,提出了改造措施。通过现场压力释放模拟试验,其可靠性得到了验证,为国内类似问题的变电设备改造提供了参考和借鉴。

The cause of an equipment and personal accident occurring in the operation in a substation was analyzed.Through the analysis on the structure of the enclosed high voltage switch cabinet,the necessity of the modification on pressure release equipment was discussed,the innovative measure was raised and the field modification process was introduced.The reliability was verified by means of the imitative test of pressure release equipment.
