摘要
大同市是以煤炭资源的开采、加工和利用为主的资源型城市,再加之不利的地形和气象条件,形成比较严重的结构型大气污染,特别是市区SO2污染十分突出。针对大同市大气SO2污染的特殊性,采用修正的高斯模型,分别计算该市SO2总量控制区的现状和规划环境容量。结果表明,该市总量控制区SO2环境容量不及该目标区域现状(2000年)排放量的一半,而规划环境容量则是现状环境容量的约1.5倍。因此,大同市的SO2污染防治应采取源排放削减,特别是经济结构调整与生产力优化布局相结合的模式。
Serious air pollution especially SO_(2) pollution was predominant in Datong City, Shanxi Province due to its exploiting, processing and utilization of coal as well as unfavourable geographical and meteorological conditions. The existing and proposed environment capacity in gross SO_(2) control zone were calculated based on amended Gauss model, results showed SO_(2) environment capacity in control area was only half of that in target area while proposed capacity was 1.5 times of the existing capacity. Reduction of source discharge was recommended, with adjustment of economic structure and optimizing of productivity allocation.
