间苯二酚致畸、致突变研究

Study on Teratogenicity and Mutagenicity of Resorcinal

间苯二酚对SD大鼠无致胎鼠畸胎作用;Ames试验TA_(98)和TA_(100)加S_9与不加S_9均阴性;大小鼠染色体畸变和微核试验阴性;接触间苯二酚工人淋巴细胞染色体畸变率未增高;人外周血淋巴细胞体外培养染色体畸变率与对照组比较有非常显著的升高。

The results showed that resoreinal appeared to be negative in teratogeaicity ta SD rats; in stains TA90 and TA100with or without S9 muixture;in the chromosome aberration analysis in bone marrow cells of rats and mice, and in tha micronucleus tests. The frequency of chromosome abe rratioa in peripherall lymphocyte among 31 exposed workres showed no signicant .difference as compared with 22 non-exposed controls. The frequenies of chromosome aberration shown in human lymphocyte cultures treated by resorcinal.( 9.002 0.006 and 0.01X) in vitro were found to be 6.5 7.5 and 11% respectively significantly hijher than that of control ( 0.5%) .
