地理信息系统在危旧房改造项目管理中的应用

GIS Applied by Dangerous & Worn Buildings Reconstruction Project Management

本文阐述了目前城市危旧房改造工作的发展特点以及发展中出现的问题,这些来源于实际工作中的问题均需要采用GIS(地理信息系统)技术来解决。本文以“北京市危旧房改造管理信息管理系统”为实例介绍了如何利用GIS技术对危旧房改造项目进行有效的监督和管理,并对GIS在建设领域的应用前景提出了一些看法。

As importance in the dangerous & worn buildings reconstruction project management, the characteristics and problems during development are firstly discussed in this paper. GIS is the required techniques to deal with these problems. With an example of Beijing dangerous & worn buildings reconstruction project management system of such kind, we introduce some application realizations of GIS in the dangerous & worn buildings reconstruction project management, including functions and characteristics, and etc.. And some opinions are given on the GIS' further application in the field.
