摘要
VHDL- AMS是混合信号系统的行为级建模和模拟语言。文中通过数学推导的方法,论述两种通用的建模方法:系统函数解析法或者内部状态分析法。并用内部状态分析的方法给出一个采用迟滞算法的A/D模型。
VHDL-AMS has provided behavioral level modeling and simulation method for analog and miXed-signal system design. There are two kinds of modeling approaches: dividing the system function and analyzing the inner states. At last it is an example of A/D model based on the method of analyzing the inner states.
