摘要 文中介绍以单片机为核心的车削加工圆度在线检测系统的构成和测试原理,该系统采用非接触式电容测微仪拾取所需信号,在主轴位置脉冲的配合下,由单片机进行数据处理得到工件的圆度误差。系统精度高、结构简单、成本低,具有良好的应用前景。 In the paper, a system for the on-line mornitoring of roundness is introduced which is urgently needed in the manufacturing of rotatory workpieces. Capacitive transducers are used to collect signals with no contact. Together with the use of the akis's angular positions, all signals are processed by a single--chiped microcontroller, which gives the results of round- ness errors. With characteristics of high presicion, simple construction, and low cost, the system proves to be practical in fur- ther applications.
