摘要
随着世界经济一体化,食品安全已经没有国界,某一地区地食品出了问题,都有可能造成全球性的灾难.今年"两会"期间,很多代表、委员又纷纷提出关于食品安全立法问题的提案和议案,而"苏丹红"事件则再次聚焦人们的视线,突显了我国建立公众食品安全法律体系的重要性和紧迫性.
Altogether, 233 participants of the just concluded NPC and CPPCC reportedly signed bills appealing for a special law on food safety. The existing laws just focus on whether food is clean and innocuous, but some potential harm was ignored. So, it is important to reflect science when making laws. However, not all of our food troubles can be addressed through legislation. The government's supervision & management must be reasonable for the feature of food industry to enforce the laws.
