摘要
感染日本血吸虫尾蚴32-35d的小鼠1次ig蒿甲醚(Art)300mg·kg-1后24h,其体内♀、血吸虫的糖原含量较对照组减少约50%,72h后则分别减少64.1%和77.9%。给药后72h,♀、虫的蛋白质含量较对照组分别减少68.1%和49.3%。给药24h,♀、虫的硷性磷酸酶(AKP)活力的抑制率约为25%,72h后,♀虫的AKP进一步被抑制,抑制率达61.6%。酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的活力受抑制亦以♀虫较为明显,给药72h♀、虫抑制率分别为75.7%和47.6%。
When mice infected with Schistosoma japonicum for 32-35 d were treated ig withartemethe(rArt)at a single dose of 300 mg.kg-1 for 24 h,the glycogen content of ♀and schistosomes decreased significantly with reduction rates of aboout 50%. 72 h after medica-tion the glycogen reduction rates were 64.1-77.9%.Meantime,the protein content of ♀and worms was also decreased,the reduction rates being 6.1% and 49.3%,respectively.In infected mice treated ig with Art at the same dosage for 24 h,the inhibition rates of alka-line phosphatase(AKP)activity in ♀and worms were 30% and 25%,respectively,72 hlater,the AKP activity of ♀worm was further inhibited to 62.3% as compared with the con- trol.Besides,the inhibitory effect of Art on acid phosphatase(ACP) activity of ♀worm wasalso more apparent than that of worm.72 h after medication,the respective inhibition ratesof ACP activity in ♀and worms were 75.7% and 47.6%,The results indicated that Artmight exert its effect on both carbohydrate and protein metabolism of schistosomes.
