Systems Analysis of the Application Modes of WTO

本文使用系统论的分析方法,结合各国WTO规则的适用实践,对该规则在我国法院中适用的两种可能性模式进行比较分析。从控制方式、反馈机制、经济成本等多个角度说明:间接适用模式是符合各国实践经验、适应我国所处的国内外环境、能解决现实问题的"满意解"。

Using the system theory and through consulting other countries' application of the regulations of WTO , this paper compares wo potential modes of the application. Through the analysis of cybernetic method, the mechanism of feedback and the cost, we come to the conclusion that the indirect application mode is the 'satisfactory result' which can resolve the problems in our country.
