摘要
提出一种用分级思想对柔性制造系统中机床故障进行处理的新方法,运用面向对象技术和高级Petri网,建立了一个含故障处理的柔性制造系统动态调度仿真模型,该模型层次分明,故障处理流程十分简洁.提出刀具预准备思想,使得刀具准备时间与机床加工时间充分重叠,并为工件流-刀具流综合系统中实时的刀具分配提供了解决途径,在该思想基础上进一步建立了刀具流调度的数学模型和含刀具流的柔性制造系统仿真模型.仿真模型较好地反映了系统的运行情况.
A new method is presented in which machine breakdown in a flexible manufacture system (FMS) can be divided into two types and a dynamic scheduling model of FMS with failure processing is set up by using object-oriented and Petri net techniques. The model is distinct and the process is succinct. An idea about tool-preparation-in-advance is also given to settle the problem of low efficiency in a tool-movement system and dynamic tool allocation in a tool-part movement system. Based on this idea a mathematical model of tool scheduling and a FMS dynamic scheduling model including tool scheduling are created which reflect the system operating process better.
