丙烯酰胺中毒大鼠神经组织及血清中Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)离子的变化

摘要 用高分辨质谱计测定丙烯酰胺中毒大鼠神经组织及血清中Na^+、K^+、Ca^(2+)离子的变化,结果表明:急性中毒时,小脑中三种离子的含量均明显下降(P<0.05);亚急性中毒时,血清中K^+明显下降(P<0.05)。 In this study, a new type of mass spectrometer with high quality(Type ZHP 5A) was used for measuring Na^+, K^+, Ca^(++)concentrations at the same tlme.The results showed: 1.After single exposure to Acrylamide(300 mg/kg), the Na^+, K^+,Ca^(++)concentrations in rat cerebellum were decreased significantly(p<0.05)and no significant changes in cerebrum and sciatic nerve or in blood serum were observed;2.After multiple exposures to Acrylamide(10 or 50mg/kg, once per day, 12 days, ip), the K^+ concentration was decreased significantly in blood serum.
