摘要
使用放射性同位素3H标记的化合物3H-TdR、3H-Urd、3H-Leu作为培养中的动物细胞生物合成的前体,定时对培养细胞做放射性检测,表明生物大分子合成随时间而上升.进一步研究表明,异三尖杉酯碱对生物大分子合成有明显的抑制作用.
This paper employs the chemical compounds ~3H-TdR?~3H-Urd?~3H-Leu marked with radioisotope ~3 H as the precu rsor of the anima l cells biosynthesis in culture, and radioactively examined the culturing cells regularly. The examination shows that the biosynthesis capacity of biological ma cromolecules increases along with time. Furthur study shows that alkaloids restr ain the biosynthesis of biological macromolecules conspicuously.
