Review of the Study on Fowl Prolactin

国内外有关禽类催乳素对禽类卵泡发育、卵泡类固醇激素的分泌和禽类就巢调节机理的研究取得了极大的进展.催乳素在其生理作用的过程中,对禽类卵泡发育有一定的抑制作用,并与卵泡类固醇激素表现出很强的相关,它们之间通过极其复杂的相互作用引起、调节和维持禽类的就巢行为.

Recently, Great advance has been achieved on t he study of function of fowl prolactin to the growth of poultry oocyte, the secreting of follicular steroid h ormone and the modulation of fowl incubation in the world. In the course of fowl prolactin physiological function, it restrains the growth of poultry oocyte, it has a great relation with follicular steroid hormone ,induces, modulates and ma intains the incubation of the hens.
