摘要
基于多向主元分析,对赖氨酸分批发酵过程进行了在线统计监控的仿真研究,详细介绍了多向主元分析运用于间歇过程的操作程序,并提出了离线质量评估方法.仿真结果表明,该方法可有效判断过程运行状态,并能对产品质量做出正确的评估.
Based on multi-way principal component analysis(MPCA), the paper investigates the on-line simulation research on lysine fermentation process, proposes a off-line way of quality assessment, and introduces the operation procedure of MPCA in batch process. The results of simulation prove that the method can effectively ascertain working condition of process, and assess the product quality well.
