摘要
为有效防范软件开发失败风险的发生,从软件开发和项目管理的经验着手,定义了风险的种类. 提出了风险识别和风险分析的4个主要方面;分析了软件开发可能存在的风险及解决方法;提出了风险的量化分析方法、参数模型和经验参数,给出了风险影响曲线.根据风险识别与分析方法,结合软件开发各阶段情况,提出风险控制方法,确定了一种完整的风险控制策略.
There are a lot of risks in the software developing process. To control the risk, the sorts of risk are defined from the software development and project management. The paper presents four main parts of risk identification and risk analysis. The risks during software development process and possible solutions are analyzed while the risk quantity method, parameter model and experience data are presented. According to these risk identification methods and every phase situation of software development, the strategy of risk control is proposed. About eighty percent risk can be identified and controlled in the statistic application.
