强化我国引进环境保护技术宏观调控的探讨

STRENGTHEN THE RESEARCH OF MACROREGULATION CONTROL ON INTRODUCTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA

１０年来，我国引进环境保护技术近万项，总金额近千亿元。如何充分发挥引进环境保护技术的作用，推动我国环境科学技术的进步，必须对我国引进环境保护技术进行宏观调控，本文对建立和完善我国引进环境保护技术运行机制等进行了探讨。

in the years of this decade,China has introduced millions of environmental protection technologies from over seas with the sum of money up to a hundred of billion yuan.In order to use these introduced environmental protection technologies effectively to promote the progress of China's environmental sciences and technologies,we should macroreg have ulation and control for these introduced environmental protection technologies.In this paper,we probe to establish and improve the operation mechanism of China's introduced environmental protection technologies.
