南京地区支气管哮喘患者合并变应性鼻炎的调查

Allergic rhinitis in bronchial asthma patients from Nanjing area

目的了解南京地区支气管哮喘患者合并变应性鼻炎的情况,计算支气管哮喘患者中变应性鼻炎的发生率,并对其变应性鼻炎的治疗现状作一初步分析。方法问卷调查106例确诊为支气管哮喘的南京地区患者,详细了解其临床表现及治疗现状,建立相应的个人数据库档案,数据进行统计学分析。结果106例支气管哮喘患者,年龄3～72岁,平均年龄为31±20.9岁,男57例,女49例;其中70例(66.0%)并发变应性鼻炎,年龄5～72岁,平均年龄为33±20.7岁,男38例,女32例。106例患者中,36例(34.0%)直系三代内有气道炎症相关性疾病家族史。结论支气管哮喘合并变应性鼻炎的发生率为66.0%;气道炎症相关性疾病家族史34.0%;目前对于支气管哮喘和变应性鼻炎的治疗现状均不容乐观。

OBJECTIVE To study the allergic rhinitis in bronchial asthma patien ts from Nanjing area, calculate its morbidity, and analyze the treatment status. METHODS The questionnaire survey of 106 bronchial asthma patients from Nanjing area was carried out. Their clinical data and treatment status were collected i n detail, and the database including each patient was set up for statistics. RES ULTS The age of all 106 bronchial asthma patients was from 3 to 72 years old (m ean 31±20.9) . Of them, 57 patients were male and 49 were female. Seventy patie nts (66.0 %) accompanied with allergic rhinitis. Their age ranged from 5 to 72 y ears old (mean 33±20.7). Of them, 38 patients were male and 32 were female. Of all the bronchial asthma patients, 36 (34.0 %) had the family history of air-way inflammatory related diseases in the direct parent tert-strain. CONCLUSION The morbidity of allergic rhinitis in bronchial asthma patients is 66.0 %. The inci dence of family history of air-way inflammatory related diseases is 34.0 %. The treatment status of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma is not optimistic.
