摘要
采用20孔U型孔血凝反应板微量法代替传统的肥达氏反应实验方法,结果可见凝集现象清晰,易于判断,解决了试管法易摇动而影响结果观察、需大量试剂和试管等不足。20孔血凝板微量反应法可作为肥达氏反应教学实验的一种新方法。
We use micromethod with 20 pores of u sixe hemagglutional plates to replace traditional Widal's test. The results show that agglutination is very clear to see. and is easy to judge ,but the traditional tube test has some shortcomings such as it is too steady to watch enough the experimental results and needs a lot of reagent and tubes. we think the new method find a new way out of these difficulties. 20 pores of u size hemogglutional micromethod is a new method of Widal's test in teaching experiment .
