面突外胚间充质干细胞在体内的自发分化

摘要 目的:探讨面突外胚间充质干细胞在体内自发分化的情况。方法:取第7代外胚间充质干细胞注射于裸鼠皮下,于第3d、1周、2周取材,HE及免疫组化染色观察细胞的生长及分化情况。结果:注射后细胞团块逐渐变小、消失。HE染色细胞形态多样,数量逐渐减少。注射后3d,细胞仍表达Vimentin,其余染色未见明显阳性,细胞趋于坏死、吸收。1周时,细胞数量少,为成纤维样细胞。2周时,细胞团消失。结论:面突外胚间充质干细胞在体内生长、分化能力不明显, 多数细胞坏死、吸收。 Objective: To investigate the spontaneous differentiation tendency of ectomesenchymal stem cells of human embryonic facial processes in vivo. Methods: The 7th passage ectomesenchymal stem cells were injected into null mice subcutaneously. And cells were examined by HE stain and immunohistochemistry stain. Results: After injecting, the volume of cells became smaller and cells disappeared after 2w. At 3d, the cells expressed Vimentin. After that, cells died and were absorded by body. At 1w, most of cells disappeared and the rest were fibroblast-like. Conclusion: Ectomesenchymal stem cells have no enough ability to grow and differentiate in null mice.
