摘要
目的:观察中药骨康散Ⅱ号对去势大鼠(骨质疏松模型)植入种植体后周围骨密度的变化。方法:制作去势大鼠(骨质疏松模型)模型,植入种植体,同时给予骨康散Ⅱ号灌胃,采用外周骨定量计算机断层扫描测定种植体周围骨密度。结果:骨质疏松骨种植体周围骨松质骨密度显著性增高;骨皮质骨密度无显著性变化。结论:骨康散Ⅱ号能增加骨质疏松骨的骨松质骨密度,对闭经期骨质疏松有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the change of bone mineral density (BMD) around implant in osteoporosis of rats induced by ovariectomy which were cured by chinese herb. Methods: We make osteoporosis model by ovariectomy and implant pure titanium screws. Gu-Kang-San-Ⅱ was perfused once a day stimultaneously. All the samples were collected to examine change of bone mineral density (BMD) by pQCT. Results: The BMD of trabecular bone determined by pQCT was found remarkably great in test rats compared with model rats. There showed no difference among the three groups in the BMD of cortical bone. Conclusion: Gu-Kang-San-Ⅱ can restore the BMD of the trabecular bone.
