饱和甲醇的己烷溶液浸出棉仁提油脱酚的模拟 被引量:4

摘要 为简化双液相溶剂浸出棉仁的流程,探讨了应用饱和甲醇的己烷溶液一步脱除棉仁中棉油和棉酚的可行性,并用串级试验进行了验证。结果表明此设想是可行的。在浸出温度 50℃、4级浸取、溶剂与棉仁比值 8. 7L/kg的条件下,棉粕中残油质量分数低于 1. 3%,游离棉酚和结合棉酚含量可分别低于 450mg/kg和4 000mg/kg,达到了饲料标准。 In order to simplify the process for leaching cottonseed with methanol/hexane (two-liquid phase) system, the feasibility to leach and degossypol from cottonseed meat was investigated using methanol saturated hexane solution. A cascade experiments were carried out with different leaching parameters. Results showed that it is feasible to leach oil and remove gossoypol from cottonseed with the solvent. Under following conditions: leaching temperature 50 ℃,4 ideal stages, ratio of solvent to cottonseed 8.7(L/kg).The residual oil, free gossopol and bound gossoypol contents in meal will reduce to 1.3%,450 mg/kg and (4 000) mg/kg respectively.
