摘要 随着计算机和传感技术的日益成熟,以计算机和传感器为基础的数据采集技术在压力容器试验研究中得到了广泛的应用。目前压力容器试验的规模大、研究对象复杂、试验精度要求高、试验的环境多变、试验周期长,因此把数据采集技术引入到压力容器试验的研究中是必然的。在压力容器接管弯矩试验中,利用数据采集模块、传感器、通信接口、组态软件、微机组成一套数据采集系统对试验中的载荷、接管位移和应变值进行采集处理。系统具有测点多、速度快、精度高的特点,它不仅能够记录数据,而且能集成、管理数据。系统将各种数据信息有条理、有重点地反馈给试验者。 Along with the technique of computer and sensor more and more sophisticated, the data collection technique based on computer and sensor has been applied widely in the pressure vessel tests/ At present the pressure vessel test scale is increasing, the objects become more complex,test demands higher precision, the experimental environment is more complex and the period of experiment is longer than before. So it is necessary to introduce the data collection technology into the pressure vessel test. For experiment of nozzle in pressure vessel, the data collection system was set up to acquire the data,such as loads, nozzle displacements and strains. Data collection module, sensors, communication interface, configuration software and computer compose the system. The system has the characters with multi-testing point, high speed and high precision, the data collection system can not only record data, but also integrate and manage them. The system will feedback the data to the experimenter systematically.
