摘要
采用一种简单的直接物理蒸发法制备了纳米ZnO晶体,该生长过程在无催化剂的条件下于900~1 200℃下进行的。所得产物用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行了表征。结果表明所得的产物属于纤锌矿结构的高纯度六方相ZnO,在实验中发现在900 ~1 000℃的条件下容易生成纳米棒,在1 000 ~1 100℃的条件下容易生成纳米线,在1 100 ~1 200℃的条件下容易生成纳米梳。并简单讨论了其生长机理,提出所得纳米结构是通过简单的VS(Vapor-Solid)机制生长的。
ZnO nanocrystals were fabricated with simple physical vapor-deposition method.The growth process was carried out at 900^(1 200) ℃ without any catalyst in the process. The products were well-characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that the products belong to the Wurtzite Group with a hexagonal phase, and the products are of high purity. The products tend to develop a nanorod structure at 900^(1 000) ℃,a nanowire structure at (1 000)^(1 100) ℃ and a nanocomb structure at (1 100)^(1 200) ℃.A growth mechanism is also briefly discussed. VS(Vapor-Solid) growth mechanism is applied to explain fabrication of these nanocrystal.
