摘要
通过对单端正激逆变式弧焊电源的研究,提出其输出功率的数学表达式。研究表明,输入电路的型式和脉冲变压器的磁芯尺寸影响和限制逆变式弧焊电源的输出功率。同时,脉冲变压器漏感和输出整流二极管反向恢复时间的存在会导致输出脉宽的减小,也影响逆变电源的输出功率。
In this paper,a single end forward inverter type arc welding power source is studied and the matical.expression of its output power was further derived. The investigations show that the type of input rectifier and filter circuit and the magnetic core of pulse transformer affect and limit the output power of inverter type arc welding power source, meanwhile the existence of the leak inductance of pulse transformer and the reverse recovery time of output rectifier diode lead to decreasing of the valid output pulse width and also affect the output power of inverter power source.
